FREE TRIALS

Izhar Ullah encourages people to try our services by providing free trials for some app’s premium memberships. Izhar Ullah maintains the right to establish or modify the requirements for free trials.

We will charge the appropriate subscription fee for your chosen plan through your designated payment method as soon as your trial expires unless you cancel your membership before the end of your trial period.

 

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Our app subscription plans enable users to access our services repeatedly and continuously for a predetermined amount of time.

Our app's paid subscriptions start as soon as we receive the payment. To keep their memberships active, all subscribers must make recurring charge payments on time. Users who fail to comply may see a disruption in our app's functions.

 

BILLING TERMS VIA APPLE ID

Once they have subscribed to our apps, users can use the Apple ID linked to their App Store account to make purchases within the apps by following the prompts.

 

 Users agree and recognize when they subscribe to our apps that:

 

Users must cancel their memberships at least 24 hours before the current subscription term expires, as all outstanding payments are debited to their Apple ID accounts. If not, an automatic renewal for the same period will occur for the subscription;

All subscription fees are billed within 24 hours of the subscription's expiration; customers may manage or cancel their subscriptions using the Account Settings section of the Apple App Store.

 

BILLING TERMS VIA PLAY STORE

When a user subscribes to one of our apps, they can use the ID linked to their Google Play Store account to make purchases by following the instructions provided within the app. By purchasing a membership to any of our applications, customers agree to comply with the terms listed below:

1.       The subscription payments are charged to a user’s Google Play Store Account;

2.       The payments are charged automatically after the end of the trial period;

3.       The subscriptions are renewed automatically for the same plans if the users don’t cancel them at least 24 hours before the expiry of the current plans.

4.       All the due payments for renewal are charged automatically for the same plan within 24 hours of the expiration of the current subscription.

5.       The users can manage or cancel their subscriptions in their respective Google Play Store account settings.

 

REFUND POLICY

For App Store:

1.       We are unable to provide a refund for in-app purchases made through the App Store. The only method to get an in-app purchase refund is to get in touch with Apple.

2.       When you make an in-app purchase through the app store, it is automatically renewed. In this case, there is no refund. It is the user’s responsibility to stop the app from resuming in the future on the app store.

For Google Play Store:

1. You can get in touch with the developer of the App to ask about the in-app purchase you have made, which isn’t working properly, or it has been more than 48 hours of your purchase and you want a refund.
2. You can get in touch with the Google Play website if you have purchased an app or made an in-app purchase in less than 48 hours.
3. You can get help from Google Assistant, and you can ask for the cancellation of an order or a refund.
4. If you uninstall a paid app shortly after installing it, you may get an automatic refund. If you want to reinstall the app, then you will not get a refund, and you will have to pay for it again.
